Congratulations to Samantha Conley on being selected as the recipient of this year’s $5,000 Spring Lake Rotary Interact Scholarship!
Samantha exemplifies Rotary’s commitment to Service Above Self through her extensive volunteer involvement in the community, logging a substantial number of service hours across multiple local organizations, including the People’s Center, Kid’s Food Basket, Hand 2 Hand, Big Lake Humane Society and Every Woman’s Place, among others. She also demonstrated dedicated leadership as an officer of the Spring Lake High School Interact Club and was further recognized for her character, service, and academic excellence through her selection as a Rotary Student of the Month. In addition to her service leadership, Samantha has distinguished herself as a dedicated student‑athlete and musician, successfully balancing academics, athletics, and musical achievement throughout high school. This fall, she will attend the University of Michigan, where she plans to pursue her long‑term career aspirations in non-profit law, while continuing her focus on leadership and community impact. The Rotary Club of Spring Lake is proud to support Samantha as she begins this next chapter.
